Customers must provide clear access to the installation areas. We are not responsible for moving furniture or clearing areas unless specifically agreed upon in writing beforehand.

Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We provide a limited warranty on our installation services. Specific warranty details will be provided with your purchase.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Custom window treatments are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Any issues with custom orders will be addressed according to manufacturer warranty policies.
